Cthulhumancer
A free character builder for Call of Cthulhu 7th edition and Pulp Cthulhu.
Build an Investigator
Cthulhumancer is a free Call of Cthulhu character creator: generate a legal CoC 7th-edition or Pulp Cthulhu investigator. The character builder walks you through characteristics, occupation, skill points, and backstory, then hands you a digital character sheet with a built-in dice roller — made for playing on your phone at the table.
Everything works offline and characters are stored on your device. Export a form-fillable PDF character sheet or a Foundry VTT file, and Keepers can lock in their table's character-creation rules with a shareable Ruleset Link. Fan-made and unaffiliated with Chaosium Inc. Actively developed — see the change log.
